Dahua IPC-HDW1230T1-A 2MP IR 30M Dome Network IP Camera

Description

Dahua IPC-HDW1230T1-A 2MP IR 30M Dome Network IP Camera

The Dahua IPC-HDW1230T1-A 2MP IR 30M Dome Network IP Camera is an affordable and dependable network surveillance solution from Dahua's Entry Series. Its compact eyeball/dome-style design makes it suitable for a wide range of residential, commercial, and small-business security installations.

Equipped with a 1/2.8-inch 2MP progressive CMOS sensor, the camera captures video at up to 1920 × 1080 resolution and 25/30 fps. This provides clear image detail for monitoring entrances, reception areas, shops, offices, corridors, warehouses, gates, parking areas, and building perimeters.

For nighttime surveillance, the camera features IR illumination up to 30 meters. The infrared system provides black-and-white monitoring in low-light or completely dark environments, allowing the camera to continue surveillance around the clock.

The camera uses a fixed-focal M12 lens, with available focal-length options depending on the exact configuration. A wider lens is suitable for monitoring larger areas, while a longer focal length provides a more focused viewing angle.

For difficult lighting conditions, the camera supports DWDR, 3D Noise Reduction, BLC, and HLC. These features help improve image visibility when there is strong backlighting, bright illumination, shadows, or digital image noise.

The IPC-HDW1230T1-A also supports Smart H.265+ and Smart H.264+ video compression. These technologies help reduce network bandwidth and recording-storage requirements while maintaining useful image quality. ROI support can also prioritize important areas of the image during encoding.

For intelligent surveillance, the camera supports human detection/SMD, helping distinguish human movement from general motion. It also supports motion detection, video tampering detection, audio detection, network disconnection, IP conflict, and illegal-access detection.

A built-in microphone allows the camera to capture audio together with video. This can be useful in shops, offices, reception areas, entrances, and other locations where audio information can complement video surveillance.

For convenient installation, the camera supports 12V DC and PoE (IEEE 802.3af). With a compatible PoE switch or NVR, both power and network data can be transmitted through one Ethernet cable, helping simplify installation.

The camera's IP67 protection rating makes it suitable for outdoor environments where protection from dust and water is required. It is therefore suitable for both indoor and outdoor surveillance installations.

Overall, the Dahua IPC-HDW1230T1-A 2MP IR 30M Dome Network IP Camera is a practical choice for customers looking for an affordable 2MP Dahua IP camera with 30m IR night vision, human detection, built-in microphone, Smart Codec, PoE, and IP67 protection.
